1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Animora, operated by Md Javed, India ("Animora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using animorapp.tech or the Animora app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Animora.
2. Who can use Animora
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use Animora only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You must give correct information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- Your account is for personal use. Do not sell, rent or share your account with people outside your household.
- Tell us immediately at bizzen24@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
4. Free access, Premium and payments
- Animora is currently free for a limited time. We may introduce paid plans (for example monthly or yearly Premium) and decide which content is free or Premium.
- Prices, offers and free trials will be shown clearly in the app before you pay. Prices may change; a change will not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Payments will be processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. Refunds, if any, will follow the refund policy shown at the time of purchase and applicable Indian consumer law.
5. Content and licence
- All videos, images, artwork, names and logos on Animora are owned by Animora or by our content partners and licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content through Animora for your own non-commercial viewing in India and other places where we make it available.
- The selection of content may change at any time. Titles can be added or removed when licences start or end.
6. What you must not do
You agree not to:
- Download, record, screen-capture, copy, re-upload, rebroadcast, sell or publicly show any Animora content, except where a feature expressly allows it.
- Bypass, disable or interfere with security features, video protection, login requirements or Premium restrictions.
- Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create unofficial (modded) versions of the Animora app, or use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the service or its API.
- Upload or share anything illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates someone else's rights.
- Impersonate Animora or anyone else, or try to get other users' passwords or OTPs.
- Overload, hack or harm our servers or other users.
7. Copyright complaints
We respect copyright. If you believe any content on Animora infringes your rights, email bizzen24@gmail.com with: your name and contact details, the work you own, the exact link or title on Animora, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will review it and remove the content where appropriate, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse the service or if required by law. You can stop using Animora and delete your account at any time.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep Animora running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device. We may change, pause or stop features at any time, and there may be downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or ₹100 if you have not paid anything). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for important changes, notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using Animora after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
